Bright single room in Postgraduate halls

I'm advertising a large single room in David Horn House- postgraduate halls in Craigmillar. It's self catered, with three large kitchens for the three houses which are joined together. It's really nice and quiet, warm, with lots of facilities. The new tenant would need to be a matriculated postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh. It's really near to the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, King's Buildings, and scenic Blackford Hill. The cost for three semesters is £5685.00. I will have already paid for one term so the remainder will be £3790 for Semester 2 and 3 (January to the end of August). This includes all electricity and water, and is paid in instalments each semester, not monthly, to the University Accommodation Services. You would have accommodation during the busy Edinburgh Fringe period over the summer. It would be preferable for the new tenant to move in at the start of Semester 2, or before the Christmas break. There is also a common room and shared patio for residents’ use. It’s close to King’s Buildings and a short bus ride away from the centre of Edinburgh, yet has the very convenient Cameron Toll shopping centre nearby.

Bedding packs, comprising of a sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillowcase can be purchased from the University (at an additional cost) using the order form link in your offer details. However, these packs are only available to students at beginning of lease.
