Beautiful double room with new en-suite available in the sought-after Cramond area.

This room is suitable for women who want that family atmosphere, someone who may need a short stop gap in order to find somewhere more long-term, or someone who wants to be immersed in a bi-lingual German/English household.

The room is in a spacious 4 bedroom house, to be shared with the owner, her 3 children and a miniature dachshund called Lola. The children are only living with the owner half the time, the dachsy is there full time.

The house benefits from under-floor heating, triple glazing, added insulation, a large kitchen/living area and a south-facing garden, a top of the range kitchen and appliances (including gas hob and build-in coffee machine). A cleaner attends once a fortnight. All bills, except council tax (£55 pounds a month), are included .

The owner and her children are vegetarian, and a housemate with vegetarian or vegan diet would be preferred. I like to think we are a very friendly and welcoming family, and we have loved having lodgers to share a gin and tonic with.
