Available Single Room In Lovely Area In Eskbank,

Hello!

I am looking for a female flatmate to move in around the beginning of April. The flat is located in Eskbank, Dalkeith which is actually super close to Edinburgh. The flat is near the train station and buses which don't take long to get into town and also near lovely country parks.

The room being rented has good light and view of the garden, the bathroom would be shared which also has a bath tub. There is a nice living room and quite a big kitchen. I feel the garden is really the strong point of the flat, nice for a bbq there is also a shed etc.

Internet and all bills are included in the price of the room. In the photos there is no television but there will be one for August as well.

Flat is £500 for rent plus bills and council tax (band D) that is split between us.

I am 26 years old, happy to have a chats or walks or just also have our space. I am a professional, a teacher by profession.
