Double Room Female Only Available for Rent

My spare room is a double, located in Dalkeith available from July/August until December 2025. Female only. The room is fully furnished with TV. I do own & live in the flat with my pug who is extremely friendly & loves a cuddle, a love for dogs would be ideal. There is a small garden, and street parking. There is a shared livingroom, kitchen & bathroom. (I do plan to do some renovations later in the year)

Very good transport links into centre city - 5 minute walk to bus stop (bus journey 30-50mins) 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk to train station, 20 minute train journey into Edinburgh Waverley

I am 29 years old, qualified nurse but currently back at university studying to become a midwife. I enjoy going out for runs & walks to the local country park with Dave the pug & spending time with my friends. I do also enjoy a cosy night in infront of the tv. I like to keep the flat clean & tidy & would expect a flatmate do so as well. I would ideally like someone who will become a friend as well as a flatmate, maybe share a meal or two.

Rent is £600pcm included all bills & council tax
