I have had quite a few happy lodgers that have stayed in this room in the past all who would happily give written references to recommend living here.
Please be aware 'couples' will be charged a higher rent of an additional £100 per month
You would be sharing with myself (Oli) and my partner Hannah who has a wee boy called Liam who is 7. He is really well behaved and is quiet and respectful. We also have two lovely wee cats called Titan & Thor who are very friendly and short haired, so no allergies. We would be sharing living room, toilet and kitchen areas.
The house has on street parking and a reasonably sized back private garden.
There is a train station at eskbank 20 mins walk from the house
A bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house which will take you into edinburgh city centre. (Approx 25mins)
The area we are in is the nicer part and is very quiet, your room is on the quietest side and will have hardly any noise.

long term- minimum 6 month contract which will be written up and signed, with a copy each.

Your room has storage, bed, desk, wardrobe as seen in picture although personal items will have been removed and the room given a thorough clean.

It would be ideal to meet first and have a chat over a coffee and if all checks out we can both agree to view the room/house. References would be great if you could have these at hand or even forward on via email.

Ideally we would prefer the person that moves in to be social and not just treat the room as a place to sleep but see it more as a home to live and enjoy the sociable aspect of it. Should be fun, of course we respect space/privacy but a meal together/drink would be great to further get to know each other.
