To get to the City Centre:
Total commute = 25mins (Landlord does it everyday)

Musselburgh (10mins via car, 10mins on train to Waverley)
Wallyford (12mins by car, 15 mins on train to Waverley)
Eskbank (10mins by car, 20mins on train to Waverley)

200m from property a bus goes straight into the city (Journey time approx 40mins)

The house & the current occupier:
Tim (27) - works mon-fri in the city as a project manager. Looking to rent out a room as the house is very large. In the future likely be working 3 days a week in london & travels abroad frequently - likely to have the place to yourself for spells here and there.

What to expect living here:
friendly, enjoys the outdoors, social, during the week work regular 9-5 hours, in the evening watch TV, use the gym etc. At the weekend enjoy going out etc. Very tidy, the house is kept clean.
