5 minute walk to bus stop. 30 minute bus ride to Edinburgh North Bridge/Waverley Station.
The room is furnished (double bed, dresser, wardrobe).
I'm 29 and moved to Edinburgh almost three years ago from Canada, and have lived in this house for that time.
Ideal flatmate would be someone who is sociable and easy going. Preferably someone who likes the outdoors.
I'm an on-again/off-again smoker but only smoke outside. I am currently not smoking and hoping to stay quit!
