Double Room

We have a spare room available in our newly renovated house. Our house in under 2 years old renovated so everything new. I live with my partner and 4 year old and we both work full time Mon-Saturday and 4 year old in nursery right now she is with us at work all day and she is very quite you will not even notice that there is a child at home . I like to keep my house clean and clutter free.
We are really easy to get on with.
We are are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who will respect our property.
Ideally someone look for Singles not Couples please
We have a double room available with a wardrobe, dressing table/desk and chair in the room. There is separate bathroom in the house you do not have to share with anyone
Kitchen dinner area with microwave and washing machine, microwave all available.
Parking is available on the street.

WiFi is also available in the house.

Smoking Not allowed inside the house.

The location of the property is great! We live really close to portobello which is around 20-25 mins walk. 5 mins away in the car.
We are 5 min walk away from the fort Kinnaird shopping complex which has a wide range of shops, restaurants , cinema and 24 hr pure gym.
We are also a 5 mins walk to 24hr Asda. We literally have everything you need on our doorstep.
30 mins bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh with a wide range of buses to choose from.
