I'm a live-in landlord, currently looking for a non-smoking, professional, female flatmate to share my top floor flat.

You will have access to your own double room, with built-in wardrobe and separate bathroom, with shower over bath. There's a shared living room as well as separate kitchen/dining room, whilst I have my own room with en-suite. The flat is double glazed, with gas hob and central heating. The rent covers all bills, including broadband.

I'm a full-time professional working 9 - 5, Monday to Friday. I'm clean and organised and ideally looking for someone who shares the same traits. You should also be comfortable frequently having the flat to yourself for prolonged periods of time.

No smokers, couples or pets, sorry.
