There is ample on street parking and we are a 15 minute walk to Portobello beach. There is an area to store a bicycle.

The room is a great size at 18.5sqm, it has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and arm chair, thick black out curtains.
The bathroom is bright with a roof window adjacent to the bedroom and includes toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower,
We have a large brand-new kitchen diner with all mod cons that looks out over the garden.
Local amenities include a co-op, post office and takeaways all within in five minutes walking distance.
We are a professional couple working in the social work field.
We an adorable dog and two elderly lazy cats. We are young at heart and enjoy spending time with close family, walking, outdoor activities, cooking and cosy nights in.
