A spacious fully furnished double bedroom with personal bathroom is available to move into immediately. I have lived with lodgers for 8 years now and am ideally looking for an individual who is clean, tidy, trustworthy and reliable.

The property is a 4 bedroom town house with 2 floors. The bedroom has a good sized bathroom next door to it which will be entirely yours to use. There is a TV, mini-fridge and Wi-Fi access in your room with a built in wardrob, 3x chest of drawers, a desk and chair. Any other furniture you may need I am happy to provide within reason to make things more comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and utensils. There is a large living room area and the house has an integrated alarm system and CCTV for peace of mind.

Parking is free in bays just off the street outside and there is a drive adjacent to the house. There is a bus stop 100m from the front door; 8, 10, 16 and 27 buses go into town for £2. The Skylink 200 bus also drives past the house for ease of access to the airport for £4.50.

Rent is £625pcm which includes all bills. A deposit of 1 months rent is required prior to moving in.

I am a married 37yo working professional who spends a lot of time away from home working in London. For much of the time the house will be empty. When working in Edinburgh I often work long hours and keep myself busy in the evenings. I have a 17yo daughter who visits 1 or 2 weekends per month. I moved to Edinburgh to be closer to her.

I am an amiable, diligent and tidy person who I believe is very easy to get along with. I have had lodgers living with me for nearly 8 years now so am used to having people living with me.
