Kitchen has gas hob (good for cooking) with standard appliances, lil common eating area, etc.
It’s a non-smoking flat and damage security is one months’ rent.
Move in date would be day of the 5th, but can store things after signing if needed.
-Electric / gas is varies depends on usage (est 20-30 per person)
-C. Tax and internet are worked out per person per month ( 23.66 +8.63 per person)
-No DSS/Benefits, have been messed around in the past I'm afraid.
-We now have a garden! Space for growing your own veggie plot, fire pit for bbq's, coming soon chickens & a steam hut.
Would be perfect for those new to the city and needing a mid-term base and a reference while setting up here, comes with complimentary cat (Fluffy). He’s a gregarious wee fella & loves a bit of a cuddle.
