Double bedroom available with sole use of the main bathroom (with bath and shower). The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, desk and two chests of drawers.
Shared use of lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Accommodation includes lounge (with large TV), dining room, good sized kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Gas central heating, double glazed.

An off-street parking space is available, as is garage space for a bike.

Monthly rent £700 with bills included, including cleaning. Room available immediately.

You'll be "sharing" the flat with the owners, but in reality you'll have it to yourself most of the time. Richard is typically only around for three evenings midweek; Helen and the dog visit for maybe 1 week in 6.

We're therefore looking for someone independent and tidy, who will look after the flat and appreciate the quiet location.
