I’m looking for a flatmate for my lovely, modern and south facing flat just off Leith walk.
It is a 20min walk from Waverley and 30min walk from the West End.
The local shops and coffee shops/bakeries on Easter Road are 5 mins away as are the Leith walk shops/bars/restaurants.
The flat is clean and tidy and has nice views across to Arthurs Seat.
The room has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.
I have a busy life so am in and out during the week and at weekends but would like a flatmate who likes a coffee and a good blether when we're in at the same time!
Anyone into Munro bagging, climbing, kite surfing or biking will be bumped to the top of the list :)
