What can we offer?
-> Available: 25th of June - 5th of August 2019
-> Monthly Rent Student: 500£
-> Monthly Rent Professional: 635£-670£ (cause -> Council Tax)

And that's us, the remaining 3 flatmates:
-> Nationalities: 2 Germans, one from France
-> Gender: 1 male and 2 female.

As one of our flatmates is going to leave the flatshare by end of June 2019, we are looking for a new flatmate who can stay until end of July or at the latest 5th of August 2019.

What are we doing?
We are studying at Napier University respectively doing internships. We are quite a social flat, go out a lot together, cook and bake pretty often. So we hope you gonna be social and like to hang out with people :D We also keep the flat clean, where everybody is responsible for another part of the flat each week. We are all used to sharing common food and everything is fully equipped. No guarantee for future projects (😂), but currently we bake bread kinda every day and brew our own beer.

The flat:
We rent the flat from an agency located in Edinburgh until beginning of August 2019. Afterwards we all have to move out. I arrived in September 2018, one in mid February 2019 and one by June 2019. The location is as perfect as it could be, within 5-10min walking distance to Grassmarket and a full set of best pubs.

The flat is completely furnished with everything you need and includes
- Room 1 single sized bed (free from 25/06/2019 to 05/08/2019)
- Room 2 double sized bed (taken)
- Room 3 double sized bed (taken)
- Room 4 single sized bed (taken)
- Kitchen with a table, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, ...
- Bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, ...
- 3 very small storage rooms
... unfortunately there is no living room.

Finally:
We would appreciate, if you came along and had a look/drink in the flat, but we also consider people, who are not currently in Edinburgh, as we also used to look for a flat like that ;)
