The flat is in a newly renovated building, it used to be a Barnardos home and has recently been turned into 7 flats and a new block of flats has also been built behind it.

The flat has an up-to-date kitchen with a dishwasher, and a combi-oven and a washing machine.
The room offered will be furnished – there will be a double bed, desk and some storage.

I’m 21 years old and I am in my final year of a Chemical engineering degree at Heriot-Watt University.
I am clean, quiet and enjoy baking, going to the gym and the outdoors. Someone who shares the same interests would be fab!
There is also one other person living in the flat, who will share the bathroom.

The flat is next to a regular bus route and only a 10-minute ride to Haymarket train station and 15 minutes to Princes Street.
There is parking available on nearby streets, and in the bus lane outside the flat at certain times.
