I am looking for a flatmate to share my furnished flat in a modern development in the Granton area in Edinburgh.
A bit about the flat: King room available with shared bathroom, living area and kitchen. Free parking available if needed. Modern decoration throughout with a Juliette balcony in the open plan living area.
A bit about me: After having lived in Glasgow for a number of years I moved to Edinburgh for work (I can't deal with the commute anymore)! I work full time over a seven day week so will be out the flat quite a lot but enjoy cooking and socialising in the evenings to relax after a busy day.
Who I'm looking for: Looking for a professional (no students due to council tax) who is looking for a home in Edinburgh. Flatmates must be relatively clean and tidy and it would be nice if they enjoyed cooking/socialising in the evenings. During my days off I enjoy going to watch live music gigs or comedy over a drink and exploring new parts of the city since I don't know Edinburgh that well so would be great if you had similar interests.
Must be okay with dogs as my parents and family cockapoo come to stay about 3 times a year.
