Spare double room in end terraced house

Spare Room

I have a double room available in my house. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms and Wet room style bathroom on the second floor. Good sized kitchen and living room. There is a nice outside area to sit and have BBQs or just enjoy the sunshine. The patio garden gets the sun from about midday until almost sunset.

I am a fairly laid back person and enjoy relaxing with a beer and watching sci fi and comedy on Netflix. Rick and Morty and Preacher are my current favorite shows. I do smoke but not in the house. I recently had problems with an extremely religious person moving in. I am looking for an atheist or agnostic person to move in since it makes home feel better to live with like minded people. This also makes it more likely to be able to have more similar interests.

I am an engineer and an doing a second degree in Mathematics and physics with the open university. I like real things.

I'm looking for someone to help with costs but also someone to hang out with and watch random nonsense on the internet. Ideally looking for someone who is laid back and a bit of a nerd.

I keep my bike in the house but there is only space for one bike in the cupboard. Another cyclist would be great. I have a shed that can fit two bikes.

Bills would be split and come to £120 each a month this includes council tax. If a student wishes to stay then they would have to pay the remaining 25% of the council tax that would be left after the discount for a student being in the property. I don't want to pay more just because you are a student.
