THE ROOM
I’m offering a double room to rent in two-bedroom flat.
The room has modern finish, double bed, one big mirror, one small desk, big wardrobe and Van Gogh’s Sunflowers (unconfirmed original) on the wall. This is a top floor flat in a two-storey building. It is very comfortable and quiet, with fully equipped kitchen, large TV and fast internet. The flat is dry and very warm. It has an efficient gas central heating. The rooms get a lot of daylight. The flat is a really nice little home with good vibes.

AREA
The location is 20min on the bus from the city centre. The area around is friendly and offers nice green paths for relaxing walks in the woodland near the Craigmillar Castle or Holyrood Park (Arthur's Seat) with scenic Duddingston Loch which is 10min walk from the flat. The local shopping centre is a few steps away.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES
The flat is shared with a lovely professional Spanish-Argentinean couple who value serene environment and nature, who are very friendly and outgoing but quiet and respectful at the same time.
