Top floor flat, great location and amazing views!

We are three people (one couple and a random guy) looking for a fourth person to share this beautiful penthouse apartment with. We are equipped with a Netflix account, a Playstation 2, board games, mad cooking skills and a sense of humour. We are quite open and chatty but we also respect each other's space.

We would prefer someone who'd be willing to help us make this place a home. The flat has an enormous living room and kitchen and a gigantic terrace with beautiful views of Edinburgh. It is located in Craigleith and its very close to Dean Village, Stockbridge, Western General Hospital, a supermarket and its a 15/20 minute walk to Princes Street.

The available room is with a double bed and, to be honest, it's a bit small and hence the lower price. However, it is negotiable to change the bed to a single one in order to free more space! The kitchen has all necessary appliances (including a dishwasher!), there´s a free parking spot in front of the building and a bus stop is only 2 minutes away.

We've rented this flat until September but you can definitely stay after we leave, should you wish.
