Huge double bedroom available from 1st March in beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Haymarket area.

Me (student, 25) and my flatmate (worker, 26) are looking a like-minded person to complete our lovely flat in central Edinburgh.
The bedroom, the biggest of the house, comes with double bed, desk, huge wardrobe and chest of drawers.

About the house:
it comprises of a super spacious kitchen and living room, with a 42 inches TV for all your Netflix binging, hallway with shoe wardrobe, a storage cupboard, bathroom with shower-bath, and two other bedrooms.
There is centralised heating which means we can control what temperature we want the house to have.
Anything you could ask for, basically.

It is less than a minute walk from Haymarket, and less than 10 mins walk from P. street, with plenty of shops, supermarkets nearby, and a 24-hour grocery + two bus stops literally in front of the house.

We are 2 clean, responsible but very sociable, both into film-making and music.
Students are welcome, however you'd need to be okay with sharing a third of the council tax.
