We are seeking a new flatmate to join our lovely Cannonmills flat. It is a spacious 4-bed, with a large living room, kitchen with oak floors and tall ceilings. It also has a garden with very pleasant neighbours.
We are a flat of professionals all doing different things - an architect, a renewable energy developer and someone who does something dull in accounting. All three of us hang quite a bit, either going out or going to the highlands, but are fairly busy as well doing our own stuff.
Ideally, we'd be looking for someone to move in early December, but given the time of year, we can be flexible on moving in dates, and also length of stay. Our landlord is ace.
