Looking for a working professional, guy or girl, to join us in this lovely flat!

Flatmates:
We're a friendly and relaxed group, but losing one as she is moving for work. We like to have a chat/meal/movie/drinks etc and have also got our own interests (e. g. music, hiking, yoga, baking, cooking, sciencing, travelling). We're aged between 26 and 28, from England and Ireland and work in health/science related fields.

The flat:
We're in a great location- the city centre is a 30 minute walk and we have good bus links. Cameron Toll shopping centre is a 10 minute walk and a bit further to other places- Morningside, Blackford Hill, Commonwealth pool etc.

The flat is huge! It has a large kitchen and a separate living room- both of which have beautiful views of Arthur's seat and the rest of the city. The rest of the flat is light, airy and, most importantly, warm as we have double glazing!

The double room has plenty of floor space, ample storage and comes with a desk, cupboard and drawers.

The rent is £470pm, and with bills approx. £520pm. A £550 deposit is required and the room will be available from 1st January.
