Single room available from 16th December onwards. Property is owned by the University of Edinburgh so new flatmate must be a fully matriculated student at the University of Edinburgh.
New tenant will enter into lease agreement contract with University of Edinburgh Accommodation Services.

Advertised as being available from the 16th of December but I am fairly flexible and am willing to negotiate on this.

Very cheap rent for Edinburgh which includes heating, water and internet.

Electricity is supplied by Scottish power and is paid separately but does not come to much each month.

Flat is situated on Nicolson street, right on the doorstep to University of Edinburgh George Square campus.
Also situated right next to several supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc. and only a short walk away from Holyrood, Princes street and the Royal Mile.

Flatmate is a quiet second year student of linguistics at the University, who produces music in his spare time.
