Beautiful large private room available for rent in 2 bedroom apartment in Edinburgh. Easy access to the city centre (10-15 minutes by a bus). Bus 27, 37 stop to the city centre is near the apartment, but there are also other buses around, like, 14, 16, 19, 21, etc., to go anywhere in the city.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable living. It is fully furnished with a brand new furniture - double bed with new mattress, table, two chairs, armchair with footstool, shelves, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, small fridge and mirror.

All bills are included in the price, including, a fast 100Mb Virgin Media internet.

The kitchen and the bathroom will be shared. You will be sharing the apartment with only 2 people, a married couple from Latvia and Lithuania. We are a professionals working most of the time. We are quiet, clean and tidy people. We do not smoke and also, do not do any parties in the apartment.

We are looking for one person to share the apartment with. We are looking for someone who is working a full time and is respectful to the property and the people he/she lives with.
