Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the second semester of 2018/2019.
The room I'm offering is an ensuite room with private bathroom. It's all included, so no bills besides the rent which is 169£ per week. It also comes with high speed internet and is around 15m2. There are washing machines and dryers in the common room. Also, the team here is really nice and helpful.
For students it's really good deal regarding it is literally in front of the college of arts and a 10mins walk to the main campus.
