Awesome double room in great area for rent

An excellent location within easy walking distance to Edinburgh University, shops, restaurants, and public transport as it's a 10-15 minute walk into town!

The flat is awesome. Fully furnished and newly redecorated. There is a large shared kitchen and a large living room as well. It’s a 2 minute walk to the meadows. If you’d like more pictures of the flat, let me know and I can send some over to you. We also have a garden out the front which we share with the neighbours. Since it’s so secluded, it is also very quiet.

The double room available is well furnished with double bed, a cupboard, a set of large of drawers, bedside table, a desk with chair and a mirror. The walls have been freshly painted as well.

On top of the monthly rent there is WiFi (£10 each) and if you're not a student, the council tax is £92.

We would be looking for someone neat and tidy who can also have a bit of fun. :)

You would be sharing with me, Hayden. I am a 20 year old professional who works for RBS. The other current flatmate is Thomas who is 21 and a business management student at Edinburgh University. He is currently in his last year.
