Hey there! Hello!

unfortunately my flatmate will be moving to London, so I have a room to rent from February 1st!

The area is EH8, very close to George Sq and walking distance to everything in the city center. The flat has two double bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom and a kitchen. It's a cozy and homey flat, top floor, and the room going is bright and has lots of storage space.

I am Sara, I'm living in the other room :) I'm doing a master's at the UoE in East Asian Relations. I'm not good at introducing myself, but the first things that come to my mind about me are that I'm a chilled person who enjoys challenging itself with as many adventures as possible, likes to be surrounded by positive people and is always up for a glass of wine and/or a dinner!

I am sociable, tidy and considerate, I like living in a clean place but I'm not obsessed about things having to be always perfectly spotless.
I am looking for a flatmate who's on the same page as me, who's willing to make of this flat his/her home and hopefully to meet a new friend!

I am 24 and I've been living in shared flats for the last 6 years. I've always lived with people older than me, mostly professionals, and even though every kind soul is welcome I usually fit better with mature people, who have defined personal interests and opinions that they like to share.

The rent is 450£+ bills (10£ internet, then we now pay around £30 for electricity and gas. I'm exempt from paying the CT, but it should be around 130£). The owners are very kind, and the flat is not one of those old, depressing places but not even a sterile one.

Two months deposit, no smoking in the flat, no couples, no pets, sorry.
