Hi! I have a double bedroom available to rent from early February in a lovely flat in Leith. The flat is close to Leith Walk, with a Lidl, Sainsbury’s, gym and library within a 5 minute walk and is well connected with regular buses and free on street parking.

The room is available from early February. It is a spacious and warm double room with lots of storage space and double glazing. The rest of the flat consists of a cosy living room, kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher and bathroom with decent hot shower.

Rent is ££450pcm and bills are approx ££114pcm including council tax, gas/electricity and internet.
The flat is managed by Watt Property who are always very friendly and timely in dealing with any queries.

I am very friendly and relaxed, love cooking veggie food and having friends over for craft nights. Looking forward to welcoming a friendly flatmate who is comfortable to share the space and help keep it tidy. Must be LGBT friendly. :)
