Yes, this stunning Holyrood Park & sea view is from our available double bedroom! Incredible, right?! Now is the time, it may become yours!

Do you like to have a park and old town city centre on your doorstep?
Do you like a breathless view from a window?
Do you like to chill out, to relax with a cup of tea or to cook together sometimes? If not I will prepare something for us ;-)

Our light flat is fully furnished (hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer in the building.. etc), double glazing windows, laminate floors, a low ceiling that keeps heat inside, fast broadband wi-fi internet & TV license. All of these + council tax is already included in your rent. We just 'Top-Up' electricity as we go. Quiet and great central old town location - just a rock's throw from Royal Mile, most desirable old town attractions, UoE, shopping, 10mins train station etc. Non-smoking flat.

The room for rent is a large and bright due to an amazing view of the sea and Holyrood Park. These are not the latest pictures of the room as we respect the privacy of our current flatmate. The best is to come and see. There's a new wardrobe, bookshelves, storage shelves and comfy double bed. If you prefer a beautiful sunset over the historical buildings you can enjoy the sun and its energy shine through our kitchen window.

We are two matured, clean&tidy, easy-going and working professionals, a couple in our thirties (boy&girl) and we are looking for a friendly, like minded and easy-going professional or a student to keep the positive energy flowing.
We love outdoors, nature walks, hiking, camping, cycling, gardening and growing own herbs, yoga, dining out with friends, cooking, exploring different corners of this beautiful planet whenever we can.. and much more.
