Double bedroom to Rent in a fully refurbished flat

Hi,

I am currently looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom. The room has a double size bed, desk, chest of drawers and double wardrobe.

The flat is ideally located only 10 minutes walk away from the city centre, this second floor flat is within easy reach of all amenities. A well presented, large and fully equipped property with a homely feel. The living room consists of a large sofa with a dining table. The property has just recently been renovated and has all the mod-cons.

I am ideally looking for a non-smoking professional that is tidy and considerate. I am a young (ish) professional working as a finance manager for an alcohol company in which I spend a large amount of time travelling abroad with work, therefore you will essentially have the place to yourself. When here I enjoy cooking, socialising and fitness with the odd drink to balance it all out. I usually work Mon-Fri 8-5pm so ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern.

Rent is £950 which includes some bills (council tax, tv / streaming apps and wifi) utilities would be split 50/50. A security deposit is required of £1,500 which would be returned at the end of your stay. This room is available from mid October 2022
