Furnished double bedroom in spacious flat

I am looking for a flatmate for my spare room. I spend a lot of my time at my partners house therefore it would be suitable for someone who prefers their own space and wouldn’t mind living on their own most of the time.

The Room - Spacious double bedroom with large built in wardrobe, double bed, table and bedside drawers.
The Flat - It has a large open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony that looks out onto the communal garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Shared bathroom with shower over the bath.

The Financials - Gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, factors fees are all included. However you will be responsible for your own insurance and TV licence if you choose to watch TV. Deposit and first months rent to pay up front. Ideally looking for £650.

Location - next to a large Morrisons, pure gym, park, the beach promenade, power league football and great bus links to town. The area is currently undergoing an exciting regeneration project too!

The Flatmate - I am a pretty busy and active person. As a teacher I really value my weekends off to chill and socialise with friends. I like to keep active but also love a lazy day now and then. I spent most of my free time at my partners house.

Looking for - a professional who is respectful, clean and tidy. Someone who doesn’t mind living alone most of the time. Ideally someone that is looking for a long term let.
