It's a double room that's available from the 28th of January .It's a very close walk to the Royal mile and local shops (sainsbury's supermarket etc) . Overall the flat is in excellent condition with good wifi etc double glazing etc. . There is also a third bedroom which will remain empty. The sitting room is a good size also and very modern.
