Unfurnished double bedroom available in 2-bedroom traditional tenement flat from 1st February. The available room has space for a double bed, chest of drawers, bookcase, etc. and there is a large built-in wardrobe with loads of storage space.

The rest of the flat is furnished, with some space and flexibility for your own stuff. I have the second double bedroom then there's a modern bathroom with bath and shower, and a lovely sunny open-plan kitchen/lounge with fireplace. Bills (gas, electric, broadband, council tax) come to about £80/month each. There's a communal garden at the back which is maintained by our friendly green-fingered neighbours. Also free on-street parking (rare these days in Edinburgh!).

I've lived here since September and I love the location - a 2 minute walk to Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat, a 20 minute walk to Portobello, and on the main bus route into the City Centre. Looking forward to sunny summer days in the park!

I'm a pretty easy going person to live with - like to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy but not spotlessly so. I enjoy my own space and company but am up for some communal cooking/hanging out/pints with my flatmate when we feel like it.
