Central Double Room £250/week from November

This bright room is on the small side and can get noisy as it looks out onto London Road, but if you aren't phased about noise levels then this room is ideal! The room comprises of a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a table and chairs.

The flat is ideally located only 20 minutes walk away from the city centre, this main-door flat is within easy reach of all amenities. A well presented, large and fully equipped property with a homely feel. The living room consists of comfortable sofa with a small dining table. The kitchen has all the mod-cons and a dining table. The bathroom would be shared with one other flatmate. There is a communal garden to the back and a private front garden/patio.

We are ideally looking for a non-smoking professional that is tidy and considerate. We are two guys (a couple) that enjoy cooking, socialising and fitness. We both usually work at office/studio Mon-Fri 8-5pm and after work we like to work out, go for a run, cook and chill. Ideally we are looking for someone with a similar work/life pattern.

Rent is £250/week which includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricty and wifi). A deposit is required of one month’s rent which would be returned at the end of your stay. This room is available from beginning of November until Christmas.
