I live in the flat and am looking for a considerate and clean person who would ideally seek a long-term rental, but in the current climate, I'm okay with short-term lets, i. e. a couple of months.
The room is a great size with a double bed and mattress provided with two wardrobes and lots of natural light coming into the room.
The flat is spacious and as I have an en-suite in my room the tenant will have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom which is in pristine condition.
The living room is comfortable and also has a sofa bed, so is available for any guests.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer.
There are parking facilities on site.
The flat is located next to excellent shop amenities and is just 15mins from the town centre and Haymarket train station is just 8 mins away.

About me: I'm a professional who enjoys playing netball, watching rugby and socialising. I love to sit in and watch movies and the odd bit of cooking but it's not my forte.
I'm looking for preferably another female, professional who has high standards of cleanliness and easy to get along with.
