Very Comfortable Double Room in a Clean House

This double bedroom is on the first floor of a two storey terraced house. It has a solid double bed, wardrobe, drawers and is carpeted. The furniture in the house is very modern and comfortable, there are new windows, insulation and a new shower fitted to keep you warm in the Scottish winter. Plentiful storage space inside, a private back garden that gets lots of sun and a front garden with driveway. The house is located on four bus routes and has two shopping areas within walking distance. My current other tenant is Spanish (speaks fluent English), is very clean, loves to bake and has a mother cat + kitten. They have been living here for 3yrs.
