Double Bedroom, Cute Cottage Close to City Centre

Looking for a new flatmate to join in a beautiful flat as sadly my flatmate is moving back to Australia.

The flat is only a 10 min walk from Edinburgh Castle and to Haymarket Train Station and less than 5 min walk to multiple bus stops which lead to a ton of different areas of the city. There are loads of great amenities in the local area - restaurants, pubs, grocery shops, even a board game cafe.

Rent is £415pm (not including bills) and the room is available from late March.

I am hoping to find a tidy and sociable person to be my new flatmate, someone who is interested in being friends not just having a place to sleep. As I work full time, I would prefer a professional.

Just a little bit about me, I have lived in Edinburgh for 2 years now, I love dogs, pilates, pretty much any and all sports and true crime docs.
