The central heating is very good and the flat is 1 min from George Street. Deposit can be negotiated and bills will not be that high. The length of stay can also be negotiated. Ideal for a student nearer the end of their degree but open to all. Photos can be seen upon request for privacy reasons! This flat is not HMO.
