The flat is on two levels and has a dining-kitchen, a living area, a shower-room and 5 bedrooms.
We are an international mixture of American, Canadian, Italian & Spanish.
We like to keep our flat clean so you would need to take your turn at cleaning.
We have a private landlord so there are no fees to pay.
The rent is £390 pm, the C/T is £30pm and the bills are approx. £30pm.
We're looking for someone who wants to stay for at least 6 months.
