Spacious room to rent in Polwarth from April

Hello,

I am moving abroad and leaving lovely Edinburgh in March 2019. The room to rent, as can be seen from the pictures, is nice and spacious, plenty of storage and double bed.

Two 20 something, female professionals (Irish and Australian) are living in the flat and bills are divided by the three occupants. Ideally looking for another female professional.

Includes a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

- Rent is £440 per month
- Internet is an another £9 per month
- Council tax is Band D & divided by 3
- Utility costs roughly £20-60 depending on time of year

Side note; new double glazed windows are being installed later this week, which means utility costs will be considerably lower during winter months :)
