We have a lovely double room available in a spacious top floor flat in New Town.

The room is a well-proportioned double room and has views out to the gardens below and across to Fife. It is fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, ample storage space and a kingsize bed.

The flat has a shared bathroom and a shared fully furnished kitchen and lounge. The lounge boasts a view of the castle and Edinburgh’s skyline courtesy of a Velux skylight. There is ample storage space throughout the property.

The flat is a ten minute walk to Princes Street, York Place is within easy walking distance and the area is well serviced by bus routes. This makes the flat suitable for commuting to the various universities within Edinburgh.

We are a mix of nursing, midwifery and biology students, therefore we are often working shifts and unsociable hours or keeping on top of university work. Due to this, we’re looking for a reliable and tidy flatmate who is more than happy to contribute to flat life as a whole and have a chat over a cup of tea or a bottle of wine. We're all easy going with a range of hobbies who are clean and tidy.

In all honesty, when we're at home, we can usually be found in our pyjamas.

£510 a month covers rent and bills, including Sky TV and broadband.
