The flat is on the ground floor with easy access to the garden to sit, hang washing, etc. The room is a double with a large cupboard and nice view onto the walled garden. The flat has a good sized kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower and a good sized living room with TV etc.
I own the flat and live in the other double room. I am not in much as I am out working or socialising most of the time! Ideally looking for a flatmate who is also sociable!
