Deaconess house studio (Need to be student)

Hi, I’ll be away for an internship for 3 months so I’m letting out my place from June. You will pay your rent to the university directly so you need to be a matriculated full time student in the University of Edinburgh. The room is available from 10 June (possibly a bit earlier) to 30th August. It's less than 5 mins walk to the main campus, 1 min walk to Tesco, Sainsbury and other super markets. About 3 mins walk to the gym and bus stops. The studio has a nice kitchen (oven, microwave and stove) and a massive bathroom. It’s on the ground floor with 3 windows. The light condition is great and the location is very quiet. I really like this studio so I already continue the contract next year. :)
