Spacious double room with lots of light, good storage space with wardrobe, free-standing shelves and space under bed. There is space to work from home in the living room or you are welcome to add desk to the bedroom.

Rent is £450 not including bills which will be arranged between you and the other tenant. There is a factor but this is covered as part of the rent. No additional charges for setting up tenancy. Deposit is £450.

Looking for an easy-going lodger who will look after the flat and get on with the current tenant (who is great) but flexible on most other things.

The flat is top floor in a traditional stone tenement building with high ceilings, large, double glazed windows and all furnished, There is a good sized living room, small kitchen and bathroom and a decent storage cupboard. There is a garden out the back which is a nice spot. Space for a bicycle in the corridor if needed.

It is a very short 10 minute walk to Haymarket station and there are lots of good bus routes on your doorstep. The flat is a few minutes walks from the canal, 5 minutes from Harrison park and only about 15 minutes to the Meadows. You can see the castle from the living room but it is only in the distance, in the foreground is Fountain Park. Lots of good shops, cafes, pubs and transport nearby though, cinema, a cheap and an expensive gym a few minutes walk. Lidl is a 5 minute walk, there is a small Sainsburys 1 minute away and a bigger Tesco about 10 minutes.
