The monthly rent is 895 and does not include CT or bills. One month’s deposit. Move-in date 25/26 April.

The flat comes furnished with all the furniture you see in the pictures and you do not need to worry about cooking utensils, cutlery, etc., as it is fully equipped. Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix (subscription not included).

Development: Second floor flat (top) in a six-flat building. Super quiet. Beautiful development with its own grounds. Free resident parking and visitors’ parking available.

The area and transport: Murrayfield is very residential and it takes 10-15 to get to West End by bus and 20/25 minutes walking. Easy access to the airport, Glasgow and the M8. You have a bus stop two minutes away (12, 31, 26, N26, 100, 38). Also close Haymarket Station and buses to Glasgow, Stirling and beyond. Bus stop: Western Corner

I am looking for someone responsible, clean and considerate who will make it their home and look after its contents. Someone trustworthy and responsive, who I can get in touch with if any problems.
