About me: I’m 29, Greek , full-time professional. I love cooking, cinema, painting, gaming etc. I like to have people around sometimes, and I also don’t mind if my future flatmate does that too as long as we inform each other in advance of any event. Communication is key.

I’m looking for a professional, preferably around my age (25-35 range). Qualities which I appreciate and looking for in a flatmate; responsible, clean & tidy (at least in the common areas to which I also have access), respectful, friendly, considerate. You must be willing to look after the flat and clean up after yourself. The chores will be divided between us weekly/bi-weekly.

You must be employed full-time, with minimum income around £20.000 and have references. This is a requirement by the agency who will also run credit checks prior to accepting anyone.
