Hi, I’m Ross, and I’m currently renting out my room in the Clermiston area.

The room is spacious and has basic furnishings. The flat itself has recently been done up with a new living room, bathroom and kitchen (with more works to follow in the other rooms in due course).

I’m a chill person, quite introverted, and I like my space. I’d like to be able to share a place with someone who’s of a similar temperament. I work for the city council, I’m very into music and cinema, and I like to do a bit of travelling when I can.

I might need to recalculate this, but here’s a rough outline of the bills split:

Council Tax: £109 ÷ 2 = £54.50
SSE (Gas / Electric): £73 ÷ 2 = £36.50
TV License: £150.50 annually ÷ 12 = 12.541 ÷ 2 = £6.28
Virgin Media (TV, Phone & Broadband) = £52.44 ÷ 2 = £26.22
= £123.50 per month
