Renting a double room with a comfy kingsize bed in our 3 bedroom bright, quiet and relaxed flat. Ideally a clean and tidy person to upkeep the flat. Access to all rooms apart from our own bedrooms is permitted. All utilities are available for use (Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Microwave etc). The location is very central, centre of town can be walked to within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available on local streets. Buses also run frequently, with a bus stop conveniently located across the road. We also own a cat so we welcome tenants that are fond of cats, although the cat will not access the rented bedroom at anytime. A tenancy agreement contract will be provided. Looking for a tenant who is seeking a room to rent from the end of June.
