Double bedroom in central Edinburgh

I'm moving out of my flat on the 9th August and I'm looking for someone to take my room. It has a double bed and a sliding mirror wardrobe so there is plenty of storage space.

This second floor 2 bedroom flat includes a large living room and separate kitchen. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and the shower is in the en suite bathroom of my flatmates bedroom. For this reason, a female would be preferable.

Private parking is available outside the flat and the flat is located adjacent to Harrison Park. It's in close proximity to Edinburgh Napier University, Haymarket, Fountainbridge and there is a lidl nearby.

Also includes double glazing and sky broadband.

You would be living with a 26 year old professional.
